Fund for starting Airbnb / Tranisient business in Bagui

I want to open an Airbnb again but lacked capital fund needed. I used to have Airbnb business in Baguio City before Pandemic but was all closed. For context of how Airbnb work. If we don't have properties , we look for properties which are open for subleasing like condominium and whole house. For capital I will be needing only payment for 1 month advance and 1 month deposit with a contract lease of 1-3 years depending on the negotiation bet. the lessor and lessee. Once the key is handed to me as a lessee I can immediately start opening the unit for airbnb or transient. For a start I will rent a studio unit with 30k monthly rent, with a capacity of 4-6 pax guest. The rates for units like this is 2k-2500 per night. This is daily rental so sales is daily. The good thing about this business is that initial capital will only be the amount you will bring out. No perishable goods etc., no daily inventory needed just like food and sari saris. The percent for Bancruptcy is almost negative since the other half of your initial capital is kept by the property owner which can be consumable or refundable depending on your agreement. Thank you.
