Need to have some wedding expenses and for consolidatio

I have tried applying on several banks to no avail, due to the very nature of my work which is on a remote assignment, therefore several important documents that are normally accessible to corporate employees aren't available at my disposal. I have the full capacity to pay, it's just that the pre-requisites for me to apply for a bank loan are not accessible on my end.
