Go home to England for medical reasons

My family decided to stay here in the Philippines for good. We live very sime life. I was a former OFW an events organizer but due to the pandemic I was not able to go back to my work overseas. Then My husband was hospitalized here in the Philippines and it is so expensive. We spent almost 1 Million for the bill and present medicines. Due to medical reasons we are going back to England and we need cash for that. I was only able to buy tickets for my husband and one son. And I can only access the money in England if we are there. We can pay in a month but if I'm allowed to pay it in a year or 18 months I will do it so I could use the money for us in England as we are starting again as we stayed here in the Philippines for more than 12 years.
