Start a business

I want to start a Salon business in Olongapo. I already have a location, supplier, list of employees and everything to start the business. But my sister who will finance the business suddenly have a problem in the States. I need to open this business because a lot of people depend on it. Some of them already resigned from their jobs because they thought everything is going well. I need the money this week. I promise to return the money within 24 months or less. Return of investment in salon business is very good so I know that I will be able to return it.
