medical expense

I have overdrawn my HMO limit due to my thyroid problem that will proceed to cancer if i wont have the chance to undergo operations for the cysts found in my thyroid. I am a single mother who is wanting to continue working to support my children. I am confident to borrow the amount stated for I know my capabilities to pay since I am a regular employee and been in the BPO industry for 12 years now. I just need an additional amount to cover my operation. I have a good running checking account that I am funding twice amount with good records as well. I can submit my SOA if needed be, to orive that I am a good payer for the amount that i know I am capable to pay. Cakcukating my monthly income, I am able to pay atleast 6000-8000 a month if I will be given a 18 up to 24-month term for payment. If I will be given a chance, this will be a good start for me and my children. Thank you very much and God bless us all.
