Payment for a dental procedure

I need 10k for an operation that needs 5k. Its for removing of wisdom tooth as it will cause big problems and i also need to get 5 permanent past on some of my teeth and 1 root canal. I can do collateral for my laptop and send it through lbc. I just badly need the money for this. I got my laptop for 25k and rarely used for one year. I am willing to agree for 10% interest monthly for 2 months. I pay can pay on a fixed date.
