Start an Agribusiness

I'm a young aspiring entrepreneur who wants to venture in the duck business, which is very lucrative. My dad is in partnership with his friend doing the same business and I am a witness on how profitable this business is. There is less risk because I, and the people around me, have the knowledge and experience in handling a duck business. I will need 200,000 for the construction of the building, 100,000 for the ducks and another 200,000 for the expenses.
It would be ideal if I could have an agreement to pay the money lent for 2 years.
