Short Summary

Tasty Tempting Products (TASTEMPRO) visualize the Filipino all-time favorite Homemade tasty and easy to cook frozen food.

The Business

Tasty Tempting Products (TASTEMPRO) specialized in distribution of ready to cook frozen food such as (Homemade) Pork Longganisa, Pork and Chicken Tocino, Beef Tapa, Pork and Chicken Barbecue, Pork and Beef Steak and Pork Vegetable Lumpia. Putting a stall (with tarpaulin) near from my manufacturing area would be of great help for commercialization to sell my products and also i'm planning to distribute my products to the nearby barangays and municipality thru distributor. With natural preservatives it is good to the customers health and a better way to save money, time and energy because TASTEMPRO will serve them with the right ingredients, right price and at the right time and place.

The Market

1 city (54 barangays) and 26 municipalities (627 barangays) with 1, 000, 000, estimated population/customers. Yes, the market is growing as a matter of fact, Zamboanga del Sur was declared peaceful and ready for further development province last August 12, 2015.

The trends are citizens prefer to cook at home than eating in the restaurants. My target customers are the Consumers (Workers and Students) who prefer to prepare their meal fast, simple, and delicious. My competitors are meat shops and certain individual. My advantage is that my product is tasty and has been using natural preservatives. Lastly, it will be delivered door to door for my distribution strategy that even the remote areas will be accommodated.

Progress/Proof

My 104 packs (P 130.00 per pack) of Pork Longanisa and 15 packs (P 60.00 per pack) of Pork Vegetable Lumpia were sold in the market within 2 days but sad to say due to lacking of capital my business stopped its operation. My finished products were already sold and i don't have website yet. I have received positive feedback from my customers, in fact they want to order more but the product is to no avail. I've researched about how to enhance the taste and quality of the frozen foods. I've researched about the food delicacies and favorites of each individual specially filipino. My business has been profitable but my small capital and revenues were used for emergency reason.

Objectives/Future

My short term goals are as follows;
1. Prepare and complete the necessary requirements/documents for my start-up food business.
2. Renovation of manufacturing area.
3. Buy necessary equipment to process finished products.
